Shipping policy
the milo company ships orders via USPS. please be sure to provide your accurate shipping address when checking out. a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with tracking information when your package has been fulfilled.
we accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process, insurance is always a good idea. items are fragile/handmade, please do not ship them unprotected. shipping back to you for an exchange will be $5, charged to the customer.
