SHIPPING

do you offer local pickup?

yes! if you’d like to pickup your package, please apply code “LOCALPICKUP” in the checkout process. this will save you on shipping costs, time + risks if you’re wanting to pickup in Maryville, MO. make sure your contact info is correct + we will reach out to you via text or email with pickup info!

how do you ship your items?

all items are shipped via USPS ground advantage (formally known as first class). shipping can be upgraded to priority with insurance at checkout. the Milo company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

my package is lost, what should I do?

unfortunately once your package gets to the post office, there is very little we can do — since it’s out of our control. your best option is to file a claim or talk with your local post office to come up with a solution. as always, we are happy to try to help — just cannot make any guarantees since we do not work directly for the post office. if you’re worried about a package getting lost, please upgrade your shipping to priority. this will allow you to have more info + insurance should you need to file a claim with USPS.
